Cable and Satellite Royalty Claim Forms
The Copyright Royalty Board offers online filing and printable forms for filing claims to cable and satellite retransmission royalty fees. Online filing and printable forms are available only during the filing period. The filing period for 2016 cable claims and 2016 satellite claims is July 1, 2017, through July 31, 2017.
The deadline for electronic filing of 2016 cable claims and 2016 satellite claims is 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 31, 2017. The Copyright Royalty Board must REJECT any claim filed before July 1 or after the deadline.
The CRB strongly encourages you to file your claim(s) online using eCRB. Note that you will need to register for an account first if you have not already done so (you only need to register once). You may register before the claims filing period, but you should register for eCRB well before the filing deadline in case you encounter any unanticipated difficulties.
Register or log in to eCRB.
If you choose to submit a paper claim instead of filing your claim online, you may fill out the claim form on your computer, print it, sign it, and send it to the Copyright Royalty Board. Please pay close attention to the instructions regarding where to send a paper claim because the address varies depending on the delivery method you choose.
The Copyright Royalty Board will not accept alternative versions of the printable forms. You must use the actual printable forms posted on the website:
